Mohammed Gharib graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Ain Shams University in 1980. He has specialized in international arbitration and construction contracts, with particular training in dispute resolution through international arbitration. He is registered as an international arbitrator with the Union of Engineering Organizations for Islamic Countries. He is also registered with the General Union of Lawyers in Egypt, with the right to represent clients in primary courts, appeals, and cassation courts. He works in various legal fields such as criminal law, administrative law, labor law, commercial law, and corporate law. Additionally, he has participated in workshops in various countries on defending human rights in accordance with international conventions and has specialized in immigration law.
