Lawyer Rabia Yarar graduated with honors from Istanbul Commerce University Faculty of Law. She practices as an active and dedicated lawyer. Rabia Yarar specializes in Foreign Law, IT Law, Commercial Law, and Trademark Law. She provides consultancy and litigation services to both local and multinational companies.

In addition, she focuses on commercial law, especially in the fields of e-commerce and competition law. In 2023, she completed the Thesis-Based Master’s Program in IT Law (LL.M.) at Istanbul Okan University Law Institute. During her studies, she conducted advanced academic research and wrote several articles on Industrial Property Rights, Intellectual and Artistic Works Law, Trademark Law, Blockchain legal processes, and Personal Data Protection.

Moreover, Lawyer Rabia Yarar plays an active role in the Women Entrepreneurs Association, MÜSİAD Association, and the Lawyers Association. She continues to work with a strong sense of social responsibility and supports many foundations voluntarily.
